Therapy is a process that can help solve problems and enhance well-being. Most people come to therapy presenting a problem that is adversely affecting their lives. The goal is to provide relief from the problem and then move on to a more joyful living experience. Some people come seeking direction, feeling lost or overwhelmed. The therapist joins the client in the search for insight, inspiration, and effective ways of being or communicating. Some problems people bring to therapy involve impaired relationships, while other problems are negatively impacting their relationships. I work with couples, families, or individuals to create positive changes, build better ways of communicating and develop stronger relationships in their lives.
